Applicant’s video profile

How do we get candidates? Interveo has developed an app (available on IOS and android) whereby candidates can create a video profile which serves to represent themselves in a first interview situation.

Each applicant video profile consists of:

  • Standardised resume
  • 3 to 4 standard interview questions.
  • 3 to 4 industry tailored questions.
  • Individual video recordings up to 45 seconds for each question.
  • Contact details

The applicant is able to view any job posted by a company of their interest, as well as link themselves to that specific job.
The applicant can also share and recommend jobs to others who they think may be suited for the position.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Post jobs

    Clients can post jobs according to their unique requirements. Candidates will be able to view these job posts on the Interveo App, as well as apply for the position by linking their video profile to the job post.

    Clients will also receive suggestions of possible Candidates for the jobs they have posted. This allows you to start screening applicants as soon as a job has been posted.

    Using the Interveo App, users can also recommend the job post to their contacts should they feel that they have the relevant experience and will be suited for the position. This exploits the “word of mouth” power of social media.

  • Filter/Screen applicants - search for candidates

    Clients may search for candidates using a wide variety of filters to help you to find the exact skill set you are looking for. These filters include:

    • Location
    • Industry
    • Years of experience
    • Qualification
    • Age
    • Languages
    • Gender

  • Custom text questions

    Should a client require more information from an candidate for a specific job post, custom text questions can be created and sent to each candidate via email.

    Based on the candidate’s answers, this will allow you to make informed decisions on whether a candidate is suited for the position.

  • Viewing candidates profile

    Clients will be able to view each candidate's interview profile which can be attached and saved to a specific job post. This enables you to review their profile again at a later stage, as well as share a candidate’s profile with another key decision maker.


    Each video profile contains 6 – 8 interview question videos that can be viewed individually. This will help to save time and effort when only specific responses need to be reviewed.

  • Contacting the candidate

    The applicant’s contact details are readily available under their profile. Should the candidate suit your requirements, they can be contacted immediately without further involvement from Interveo.

  • MANAGE JOBS AND APPLICATIONS

    Clients will be able to manage all job posts in the Interveo system directly. This creates a centralised database where all your job posts and potential candidates can be managed from – jobs can be added and removed at any time. This creates the process seamless, simple and efficient and removes the reliance on tracking recruitment through emails and unnecessary paperwork.


    Under each job post, clients have the option to review the following:


    • Suggested applicants
    • Applicants that applied for the position through the app
    • Saved applicants

  • Invite potential candidates acquired from other sources

    Clients can invite their own prospective candidates to create a video profile directly on the Interveo system. This feature can be of great benefit when:


    • You urgently want to interview a potential candidate but different locations and time constraints are a barrier. You can then view a candidate’s profile at a time that suits you
    • It is difficult to find time in the diary of your executives to interview a candidate directly in working hours. The Interveo system allows you to view profiles at any time.
    • You have numerous applicants but want to get a clear and consistent feel for their suitability to the job before inviting them for an interview
